Pilot details & considerations
This is an information tool, not legal advice. Answers are generated from the documents you provide, and the governing documents themselves are always in control. Nothing the application produces is an official interpretation, a board determination, or a substitute for the judgment of your management team, your board, or your association's attorney. Every answer links directly to the source document so you can verify it.
This is a pilot. Features may change, and the application is provided as-is without a formal uptime commitment. Making this successful is important to us, and we'll be responsive and work quickly to address any issues your community has. NeighborhoodOS is not intended to be your system of record — please continue to maintain your documents wherever you maintain them today. This is a layer on top, not a replacement.
Your documents stay yours. We use them to operate your community's instance and to improve the product generally. We do not sell them or share your association's documents with other communities. On request at any time — during or after the pilot — we'll delete them and confirm in writing. Either of us can walk away with 30 days' written notice, for any reason.
What a successful pilot needs from you: an authorized point of contact who can answer questions and route documents; your documents in whatever form they exist; honest feedback — candid criticism is more useful to us than politeness; and the right to reference your community as a current user as we build interest.
At the end of the pilot, we'll schedule a conversation to review how it went, what we learned, and whether continuing into 2027 makes sense for your community. Post-pilot pricing and 2027 terms will be discussed then. If you'd rather not continue, tell us and we'll close things out cleanly and delete your documents.
