Privacy Policy
Last updated August 25, 2026
This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email us at [email protected] and we'll answer plainly.
Information about you
Information you give us
When you request a pilot or contact us, we collect your name, email address, the name of your community or management company, the number of communities you manage, and anything you choose to tell us. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.
Information from LinkedIn
If you respond to one of our ads using a LinkedIn lead form, LinkedIn shares with us the fields you submitted — typically your name, email address, job title and company. LinkedIn's own handling of that data is governed by LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site we collect standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the referring page.
Why we use it
To respond to you, to set up and run a pilot, to answer residents' questions from your community's documents, to improve the product, and to send you occasional email about TheNeighborhoodOS. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor it.
Important notes
Your information stays with us
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a few trusted service providers — for things like email, website hosting, and analytics — who process information on our behalf so we can operate. They may only use it to provide their service to us, never for their own purposes.
Removal of information
If at any time you want us to erase information you provided to us from our database, just send us a request and it will be erased.
